What an amazing literary work! The author truly succeeded in something that not all writers/authors are able to do: reach their audience on an empathetic level. Poetry is supposed to invoke strong thoughts and feelings in the reader, and somehow, Ms. Prendergast managed to do it with every poem in the book. I really felt like I understood what she was going through or what she was envisioning with each poem. I strongly advise all readers out there to BUY THIS BOOK! Angela Prendergast is an up-and-coming author who hit the mark on her first shot, and I'm ready to buy her next work. She's got big things in her future

This book is simply amazing! If you are looking for a book that you absolutely cannot put down this is the one! I am not the biggest fan of reading, as it is hard for me to find literature that grabs my attention while keeping me entertained. However, Miss Prendergast’s work really impressed me with her powerful poems. I can say, without a doubt, that I would buy her next book immediately! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an awe-inspiring book!
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Angela Prendergast is a 21-year-old sister, daughter, friend, lover of writing and recent college graduate. She studied English Education at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Throughout her four years of college, she fell in love with the art of writing and the power of words. As a way to express her powerful emotions, she began privately writing prose poems in her writer's notebook. After gaining confidence and realizing that her thoughts could help others, she decided to publish her poems in a collection. In her completed book, her poems provide young adults with relatable themes in a world, categorized by highs and lows, that is constantly changing.
